Great concept but... The 45mm max flange size is tight for some grinders. Had to modify my Makita's guard slightly. Once installed though? Wow - transforms your grinder into a precision sander. Just double-check measurements first!

Installed it on my 4-1/2" DeWalt grinder in under 2 minutes like they said. The aluminum alloy parts feel premium, but I noticed some heat buildup after continuous 15-minute use. Maybe take short breaks with heavy materials?

Works exactly as advertised. The metal construction feels solid, though I'd suggest wearing gloves - those edges can be sharp! Ground down some stainless steel welds like butter. Definitely worth the price for DIYers.
