The cast iron construction makes this surprisingly heavy but oh boy does it retain heat well! Made steaks that rival my outdoor grill. Handles do get hot though - use mitts! 4.5/5 only because the seasoning could be better.

Okay, so I've used this baking tray 3 times now and I'm impressed! Made perfect bacon without sticking - just slid right off. The reversible feature is genius for pancakes too. Only wish it came with a lid for storage.

Was skeptical about 'Teflon-free' non-stick but this actually works?? Even my sticky banana bread came out clean. The rectangular shape fits my oven racks perfectly. Only complaint - takes longer to preheat than aluminum pans.
