Functional and fun - exactly as advertised. The open design really does prevent odors by allowing proper airflow. My only minor complaint is that it's a bit small for thicker sponges, but works perfectly with standard ones. Definitely an upgrade from just leaving the sponge on the sink!

Okay, this sponge holder is seriously adorable! The smiling face design makes me smile every time I do dishes. But more importantly - it actually works! My sponge dries so much faster now and doesn't get that gross mildew smell anymore. The legs adjust easily to fit different sink edges too.
