After 3 months of use: Pros - lightweight, easy to fill, doesn't leak. Cons - the adjustment mechanism gets stiff in cold weather. Great for small to medium yards but might be too small for large properties. The included gloves tore after a few uses, but the spreader itself holds up well.

Decent product for the price. The plastic feels durable enough, though I wish the handle had some rubber grip. Works well with fine salt crystals but struggled a bit with larger rock salt chunks - had to use the biggest opening setting. Good purchase overall for occasional use.

The lid design really does prevent overspray - much better than my old spreader. I like that it comes with gardening gloves too, though they're pretty basic. My driveway was evenly coated with salt in half the time this winter. Would recommend for light to medium duty yard work.
