Using this as a diaper caddy and it's working great! The open design lets me quickly grab what I need during those...uh...emergency situations. The wheels lock securely when parked by the changing table. Perfect for my garage workshop! The plastic doesn't rust like metal carts would, and the hollow design lets sawdust fall through. I did reinforce the wheels with some rubber washers for heavier tools - works like a charm now. The drawer's a bit small for my nuts/bolts collection though. 4 stars only because I wish the shelves were adjustable height.
