Two-color LED light: The Freon tester comes with a UV lamp + flashlight. UV lamp is used with a fluorescent agent, and white light is suitable for illuminating dark and small places.

Upgraded version of WJL-6000: The WJL-6000Pro halogen leak detector is the upgraded version of the classic WJL-6000 with higher sensitivity. The new upgraded LCD screen displays sensitivity level and refrigerant gas leakage level, even with multiple alarm functions.

Higher sensitivity: 7.9-inch flexible sensing tip with higher sensitivity (up to 0.14oz/yr), compared with WJL-6000 (0.21oz/yr). It can continuously work for 50 hours with 4*AAA batteries supplied.

Multi-alarms: The audible and visual display alarms in the leakage tester can easily help you locate the leak. Once leaking gas is detected, the beep frequency will increase. The more gas leaked, the faster the buzzer beeps, and at the same time, the LCD screen displays the leakage level.

Visualization of leakage levels: The new upgraded LCD screen will display the leakage level of refrigerant gas. In addition, adjust the sensitivity by pressing the button, and the LCD screen will display the sensitivity level.

Mixed feelings. Detects leaks fine but... the manual is confusing AF. Had to YouTube how to adjust sensitivity. Once figured out, it's decent. 3.5 stars rounded up for the helpful UV feature.

Upgrade from WJL-6000 is noticeable! Screen shows leak levels which is clutch. Only thing - wish it came with a case. Dropped mine once and got a scratch. Otherwise perfect for my refrigeration business.

Works as advertised but has a learning curve. The alarm scared me the first time it went off - loud! After 2 weeks use: pros are the clear LCD display, cons are battery life could be better. Worth the price though.
