Got this jumper cable set after my truck battery died last winter. The 8AWG cables feel super sturdy - no worries about them overheating. The locking mechanism on the adapter is genius, stays put while you're working. Only suggestion would be to include some basic safety instructions printed on the cables themselves.

Decent product but be careful - doesn't work with all battery types like it claims. Tried it with my DeWalt 20V and had some connection issues. Works perfectly with my Milwaukee batteries though. Cables are thick and clamps have good grip.

Solid build quality overall. Used it about 5 times now with different vehicles - no issues. The safety reminder about disconnecting within 30 seconds is important though, wish they made it more prominent in the packaging. Great emergency tool to keep in your trunk.
