The telescoping pole is useful but gets a bit wobbly at full extension – I'd recommend not extending it all the way unless you need to. Otherwise great value for the price. My pothos is putting out new leaves already.

Not a bad little light for the money. I set it to 12 hours automatically and my low-light plants like snake plant seem happy. It's not super powerful but perfect for supplementing dark corners. Would buy again.

I've been using this light for a few weeks on my succulents. The adjustable height is great as they grow – I started at 6 inches and now I'm around 10. I like that I can switch between full spectrum and red-blue. Only wish the timer had a 6-hour option too.
