Bought this for my husband who's a marathon runner. He uses it daily now! The different intensity modes are perfect - from gentle warmup to deep tissue work. Quieter than I expected too. Wish it came with a carrying case though - would make it easier to take to races.

The Type-C charging is super convenient! I use this at work for my stiff neck and shoulders. The mid-range speeds (7-13) are perfect for office use. Only thing - wish the heads clicked in more securely. Sometimes they feel a bit loose when changing attachments.
